Loria Center
Gwathmey also designed the new Jeffrey H. Loria Center for the History of Art, a seven-story facility adjacent to Rudolph Hall. Funding for the project came from Jeffrey H. Loria ’62 in memory of Harriet Loria Popowitz. The Center features offices for the Department of the History of Art, classroom space, and exceptional roof garden terraces, which offer previously unattainable views of the Rudolph Building and New Haven.
