Volunteers
Among the many alumni, friends, and Yale College parents who serve as volunteers on behalf of the University, approximately 3,000 are active participants in Yale fundraising efforts and are a critical factor in their success. Volunteers who assist Yale's diverse giving programs have the satisfaction of providing support for scholarship, teaching, research, and student life at one of the world's leading universities.
Volunteers are involved with most aspects of giving to Yale, whether as members of the Capital Campaign Volunteers or the boards and committees of the professional schools, as Annual Giving Volunteers, as members of Reunion Gift Committees, or as Parent Volunteers.

"Volunteering for Yale is a wonderful tradition, kept
alive by thousands of alumni each year. Whether on campus or in our communities,
we find a wide range of opportunities for serving Yale. We gain a great deal
in return—what better way is there to stay in touch with each other
and with Yale?"
